Dr. Alice K. Tanner, PhD, MS, CGC, FACMG is a graduate of Duke University, Durham, NC. She completed her fellowship in molecular genetics at Emory University, Atlanta, GA. She also graduated from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, with a Master’s degree in genetic counseling.
Dr. Tanner is board certified in Laboratory Genetics and Genomics through the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics, and in Genetic Counseling through the American Board of Genetic Counseling.
Dr. Tanner’s clinical interests are in whole exome/genome sequencing and other NGS-related testing such as non-invasive prenatal screening (NIPS), as well as pharmacogenomic testing.
