Pauline Patzke is an MD/PhD graduate student at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth in Hanover, NH. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at Minnesota State University, Mankato and a master's degree in Microbiology at South Dakota State University. Her PhD research in molecular epidemiology focuses on the use of DNA-based cell deconvolution (methylation cytometry) for immune cell profiling in patients with lung cancer and other conditions, as well as probing the validity and applicability of methylation cytometry in the clinical laboratory.
