Riley Gorden (he/him/his) is a medical laboratory scientist at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. While working in the molecular pathology lab, Gorden has gained experience in PCR, NGS, and capillary electrophoresis techniques. He has a budding interest in bioinformatics and has been learning the python programming language. Gorden lives in Indianapolis with his dog, Heidi, a one-year-old Hungarian Vizsla.
