Jing Li, Ph.D., is a Bioinformatics Scientist III at Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), where she leads the development of computational pipelines for next-generation sequencing (NGS) applications. With a Ph.D. in Genetics and Genomics from Iowa State University, Dr. Li brings a strong foundation in both biological sciences and quantitative analysis to her work.
At IDT, she applies advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques to design NGS panels and optimize downstream analyses. Her efforts focus on critical areas such as variant calling and RNA fusion detection.
Dr. Li’s work supports both internal product innovation and collaborative research initiatives, contributing to IDT’s mission of advancing genomic technologies.
