Duoseq is a clinical DNA and RNA NGS workflow and includes kitted reagents and bioinformatics software, enabling any clinical laboratory with an Illumina NGS instrument to generate a report from a sample in 2 days (turnaround time, TAT). Duoseq covers over 500 genes and markers recommended by standard clinical guidelines for leukemias, lymphomas and multiple myeloma. Duoseq assesses mutations, translocations and fusions, copy number alterations, clonality, IgH mutations, oncogenic viruses (e.g. EBV, KSHV8, HTLV1) and expression-based measurements (e.g. DLBCL cell of origin). Thus, Duoseq is a comprehensive profiling assay with a short TAT that enables clinical labs to save costs, time and precious biopsy material. Duoseq has been validated and is in use at multiple clinical labs.
