Tissue macro-dissection is the process of collecting tumor tissue from a histological slide for downstream molecular analysis. The growing demand for molecular profiling of tumors necessitates automation of this process for improved throughput, consistency, and functionality.
In this workshop we will discuss a comprehensive, fully digital, and integrated macro-dissection workflow deployed at Leidos Biomedical Research in partnership with the teams at Indica Labs and Xyall. In addition to a discussion of the workflow utilizing HALO AP® from Indica Labs and the Tissector TT® from Xyall, we will discuss the approach and share experiences with the practical implementation.
