UniTaq Bio developed UniTaq Designer: cloud based software to design multiplex PCR assays with easy to use web interface.  It is end-to-end solution: from sequence downloads to inclusivity/exclusivity QC to multiplexing.  Three software licensing options: 1. inclusivity QC [for regulatory submissions]; 2. Infectious disease qPCR; 3.  SNP/mutations and GEx dPCR/PCR.  We also provide professional services: design multiplexes you specified.
