Parth Shah, MD is a physician scientist and the Director of Genome Informatics at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. He has led the development of the Dartmouth Cloud and the development of the AUGMET application at Dartmouth which is a HIPAA compliant multiomics enviroment for research and development. He has since led the development and deployment of clinical somatic exome and transcriptome sequencing for all solid and hematological malignancies at the Dartmouth Cancer Center. He is an Assistant Professor in Medicine, Pathology and Laboratory medicine at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.
He earned his medical degree from NHL Municipal Medical College in Ahmedabad, completed his residency at Beth Israel Lahey Health, and pursued fellowships at both the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
