My Hoang is a PhD student at Washington University in St. Louis, specializing in cancer genomics and cancer informatics. Her research focuses on developing computational tools to prioritize neoantigen candidates from sequencing data, contributing to the advancement of personalized cancer immunotherapy. She is particularly interested in integrating and analyzing multiple types of sequencing data to gain a deeper understanding of neoantigen biology, especially the role of alternative splicing in cancer. Through her work, My aims to uncover novel biomarkers and improve our ability to identify clinically relevant targets for immunotherapy development.
