Dr. Cristina Costales completed residency in Clinical and Anatomic Pathology at the Los Angeles General + USC Medical Center followed by Medical Microbiology Fellowship at Stanford University. She is the Assistant Director of Clinical Microbiology and Virology at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Her research interests include infectious diagnostic stewardship and expanding global pathology services.
