Dr. Sompallae serves as the Director of Clinical Pathology Bioinformatics at University of Iowa Health Care and holds an adjunct faculty position in the Department of Pathology. He supports the Molecular Testing Group through the application of informatics and data science. He and his team at UIHC focus on implementing bioinformatics tools to streamline data analysis and visualization, enabling efficient and accurate interpretation of clinical test results in Molecular Pathology.
