Dr. Machini received her PhD from the University of Paris VII. After postdoctoral training in human genetics and neuroscience,she pursued further postdoctoral training in clinical human genetics at the Laboratory for Molecular Medicine, Cambridge. She is an Instructor in Pathology at Harvard Medical School and a principal scientist at Mass General Brigham (MGB) Personalized Medicine Laboratory for Molecular Medicine her main interest beingthe optimization of the analysis and interpretation of genetic data and the development of novel approaches for high throughput genomic interpretation. Lastly, she is involved in the education of clinical and laboratory fellows in the HMS Genetics Training Program.
