Nevena B. Ognjenovic, MS, MB (ASCP) is a Genomic Lead in the Laboratory for Clinical Genomics and Advanced Technology (CGAT) at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. Nevena completed her B.Sc. and her Masters in biology from the University of Belgrade in Serbia. She has worked at Geisel School of Medicine as a Research Assistant focusing on epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition and tumor heterogeneity in triple negative breast cancer. Since joining the CGAT lab, she has been performing a variety of clinical molecular testing, particularly focusing on next generation sequencing (NGS) assays on multiple sequencing platforms. She also helps with clinical validation of new assays. As a NGS lead, she oversees the sequencing workflow, training and manages consumables.
