Dr. Kofi Amoah is a Computational Biologist in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (DPLM) at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC). He focuses on analyzing clinical next-generation sequencing data and development of new assays to detect actionable cancer targets. Prior to MSKCC, Dr. Amoah developed bioinformaitics methods to study transcriptomic regulation.
