Post Doctoral Fellowship
Clemson University
I am a multidisciplinary Genomics Scientist with more than a decade of experience in clinical bioinformatics and high-dimensional omics analytics. My expertise includes ACMG/AMP-guided variant interpretation, precision medicine, and systems genetics in human and model organism studies, supported by AI- and knowledge-graph–driven analytical frameworks that strengthen diagnostic accuracy. As a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Human Genetics at Clemson University, I contribute to the Clemson University Precision Medicine Initiative through genomic analysis and genetic risk prediction for a statewide population cohort. My research has revealed sex- and tissue-specific mechanisms of aging in Drosophila melanogaster, and I have developed a graph-based pangenome for D. simulans to illuminate regulatory divergence across species.
