Dr. Lingard’s pathology practice is focused on disorders of the lymphoid system and cancer genetics. He completed his residency in Anatomical Pathology at Queen’s University, where his transition-to-practice focus was hematopathology. He received Queen’s University’s George Christian-Hofffmann Fellowship to complete hematopathology training at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom. After his residency he completed a fellowship in Molecular Genetic Pathology at Yale University.
Prior to his clinical career Dr. Lingard completed a Master's degree in Experimental Medicine at McGill University as a part of the CIHR Drug Development Training Program. He continues to engage in public and private therapeutic development projects and support drug access efforts for Canadians.
Dr. Lingard is passionate about medical education and leveraging novel genetic and information technologies to deliver high-value medical care.
In his spare time Dr. Lingard enjoys spending time hiking, camping, and cycling with his family.
