Description: This session will demonstrate two domain applications of foundation models in molecular. The first application uses a foundation model created from massive datasets of anatomic digital whole slide images, corresponding annotations and reports, and multiomics data. The second application leverages large language models to improve annotation of prokaryotic viral proteins.
