Description: The Integrated Genomics Viewer (IGV) is a key tool for evaluating sequencing results. Here we will provide an overview of the tool along with graduated examples of variants that are complex and/or challenging to annotate in hematologic malignancy and solid tumor next-generation sequencing cases. This session is applicable to all levels of participants, from fellows and technologists to more seasoned users.
