Description: Multi-gene panel testing (MGPT/cancer NGS) has become standard of care for patients with advanced solid tumors. Laboratories may implement various strategies for panel design, from small targeted panels to whole exome sequencing. The speakers will present clinical experience implementing a rapid disease-specific MGPT, a broad MGPT, and whole exome sequencing.
