We engineered novel, revolutionary RTase that is 400-fold more efficient than MMLV RTase. It works best at 60-62°C and resists protein inhibitors for extraction-free RT-PCR from tissue cultured cells. We also developed Two-Layer Column for cf-DNA extraction from 50mL urine or 10mL plasma with ≥90% recovery rate. It removes gDNA contamination from WBC and eliminates the need for proteinase.
